Holographic wads or holographic sealing liners are induction sealing wads/liners that avoid leakage, scratching, degradation, and unwanted handling of various home and pharmaceutical products used in everyday life. Such wads help to cover and close the mouth of products and, in effect, keep them safe from spilling. How do Wads with holography work? Wax assists with the rapid attachment of the foundation lining to the tape. As long as it goes through the induction pump, the wax melts, and the baseline is held inside the cap. The foil and the sealing film cover the bottle rim. There are various possible variations of the baseliner material, and the sealing film may be made available to meet the customer's criteria for preserving the freshness of the component. For Holographic Induction Sealing Cap Liners, a holographic foil is laminated with aluminum foil, which in turn is sealed with a film of wax and LDPE, rendering it waterproof. Sealing lids or wads provide extra safety for bottle and jar packaging. Induction sealing wads VS Conduction -
Conduction sealing requires a hard metal plate to make complete contact with the sealed container. Conduction sealing systems delay production time due to the necessary system warm-up time. They also have complicated temperature sensors and heaters. Unlike conduction sealing systems, induction sealing systems require very little strength, have fast start-up time, and a sealing head that can adhere to "specification" on containers while sealing. Induction sealing wad also provides benefits when sealing to glass: the use of a conduction sealer to seal a clear foil structure to glass allows no resistance or compressibility will enable any irregularity in the surface finishing of glass. With an induction seal, the touch face can be made of a compressible material that guarantees flawless bonding every time. Which industries use induction sealing liners?
The induction wad is commonly used for wrapping as well as for connecting thermoplastic materials by induction heating. One of the most common uses of our Induction Wads is the closure of a plastic cap or a glass bottle to prevent leakage. It is robust and effective in delivering optimal operation, as well as resistant to leakage and tear. It is available in different sizes and shapes at a nominal price.
